Civil Law

Civil law is a cornerstone of all private law, including business law. It is therefore a natural and important part of our law firm's legal work. In particular, this includes:

• all legal paperwork concerning real estate (purchase contracts, mortgage contracts, lease agreements, contracts of donation and other contracts concerning real estate, representation of clients before Land Registries and security instruments with regard to real estate, etc.);
• court representation in civil lawsuits, including disputes concerning the protection of personal rights;
• family law and inheritance law.
