Mgr. Jan Pořízek joined the firm in September 2007. In his practice he focuses mainly on commercial law, litigation and real estate law.
Jan is a graduate Faculty of Law, Charles University (2007). During his studies he also successfully completed a one-year study stay at University of Athens in Greece.
Prior to joining Daniel Mališ & Partners, Jan worked at a leading Czech law firm focused on corporate law, in particular mergers and acquisitions.
His interests include foreign languages, literature, floorball and travel.
Jan speaks fluent Czech and English and also Greek and German at a communicative level.

Jakub Celerýn has been practicing law since 2006. In his practice, he focuses mainly on complex advisory services to business entities with a focus on commercial law, litigation, real estate, medical law or employment law. Within his practice he is also involved in crisis management and holds positions in statutory bodies of companies.
Jakub is a graduate of the Master's degree programme Faculty of Law, Charles University (2009), where in 2010 he also successfully passed the state rigorous examination and was awarded the academic title of Doctor of Law (JUDr.).
He has been a lawyer since 2012 and a partner and managing partner of the law firm since 2016.
Jakub is fluent in Czech and English (he obtained his Certificate in Advanced English in 2004) and has a good passive knowledge of German.

Mgr. Veronika Hedrick joined our team in September 2012. Her practice focuses on commercial law, employment law and litigation.
Veronika graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University (2015). During her studies, she went on a year-long study stay at the University of Essex in the United Kingdom, where she won the prize for the best academic performance in the Property Law course.
In 2012-2014, when Veronika worked at our law firm as a legal assistant, she provided support to the team of lawyers, especially in the area of commercial law and litigation.
Her interests include detective fiction, cinema, fashion and in-line skating. Her hobbies also include Italian, the basic knowledge of which she is trying to develop.
Veronika speaks fluent Czech and English and has basic knowledge of German.

Kamila Kubrtová has been working at the law firm since March 2025 as Office Manager. She is responsible for office management, invoicing, processing of accounting documents, pleasant office environment and last but not least the coffee machine.
